Step 1

Item used Lady Face. Please read guideline.

Open your image in Photoshop, duplcate just incase you make a mistake.

Step 2-Changing the eye color.

To change the eye color, first chooce the color you want mine is # 002554.Using the Paint Brush adjust the brush to the of the eyes or smaller and paint over eye in a new layer. Next we are going to add a Hue overlay to the eye color then enlarge the eye area so we can erase the blue color over the hair.

Step 3- Adding face color

We are goin to use the gradient tool to apply the effect over the face -so create a new layer and choose the Grident Tool. With Foreground color=002554 and Background color=c3f0f5. Then apply "hue" to the grident layer as shown in the link. Once this action is done, you should have the image to the right as shown

Step 4- Cleaning up image

Now we need to clean up the blue off the hair thats over her face, to do this enlarge the image, apply a layer mask-(how do I apply layer mask). Once the layer mask is apply, choose the Eraser tool and make sure your foreground color is set to white. Select the mask layer and erase the background off the hair.

Step 5-Adding color to lips.

Now the Second image will show how to the lips will look after apply these steps. Use the pen tool,select the lips, copy and paste it. Once it paste move it to the top of the layer. Find and red color, I used #c11c06. Select the cut off lips by 'Ctrl+right click. Make a new layer and fill with that color. Remember that mask layer-erase the lip area to make the lip show through.
